I believe answer choice D is the correct answer as well, however the nervous system is not composed of neural tissue fully, but it is predominantly. (I dislike the lax wording, however out of the rest of the answer choices it seems the best.) A physiologist work within the range of analysis, research and development of improvement, and maintenance of health and fitness. Generally they get hired as sport medicine doctors, or rehabilitation. (Hence that is why I choose D as the correct answer choice.) Peace.
