simplify 12^3/12^5 ifits okay, i would like to lean it, not just have the answer

OpenStudy (kirbykirby):

\[\large \frac{a^x}{a^y}=a^{x-y} \] This just means if you are diving two same numbers with different exponents, you just keep the number and subtract the numerator's exponent with the denominator's exponent

OpenStudy (kirbykirby):

You can pretend here that \(a=12\), and \(x=3\) and \(y=5\)

THANK YOU SOOO MUCH
