Rewrite the polynomial in standard form. Then identify the leading coefficient, degree, and number of terms. Name the polynomial. -18x2 + x3 - 5 + 2x -18x2 + x3 + 2x - 5; leading coefficient: 1; degree: 3; number of terms: 3; cubic trinomial x3 - 18x2 + 2x - 5; leading coefficient: 3; degree: 1; number of terms: 3; cubic trinomial x3 - 18x2 + 2x - 5; leading coefficient: 1; degree: 3; number of terms: 4; cubic polynomial with 4 terms -18x2 + x3 + 2x - 5; leading coefficient: -18; degree: 2; number of terms: 4; cubic polynomial with 4 terms
i got the third one
very good a lot of people fall for the trap that x^3 is 3x thinking that the leading coefficient is 3, which is why B is a trap but 3x is not the same as x^3
yeah took me a while to figure but yes glad i got it:)
