YES EXACTLYI think they are just refurbishing the site, making some adjustments. Since they can't risk closing the site for a while, they are just doing the changes while online

@Shadowgirl15 They have been doing the changes over a long period of time (Last few days). Also, it is incredbily useful to see real-time feedback of the process, so they know they haven't made a HUGE mistake while editing. It also shows us how the site will look different over the course of the changes.
