Based on the stated problem, i found it to be linear in relation.
For Attendance-number of weeks Relationship, you may have it as

where it will plotted as a function of x and y
For temperature-month

for week number and month you will have a label of 1,2,3.. for it is weekly/monthly
for the attendance and temperature, the interval must depend on the data collected

@shinalcantara could I also use a box and whisker plot to show the attendance? If so, how would that work?
