If you define someone that is Muslim by saying the shahada, and reading the Qur'an and follow the other tenants of faith, then yes I am Muslim, otherwise and I will quote from what others have told me, "You're a heretic!"

My profile expands a little into my religious views, but to be honest they are more complex than that.

Well a person who says the shahada is not a muslim i must say.But before talking about religion or getting to his point we must talk about logic.

Muslims do say the Shahada and there's logic with Islam. This is why many people and I believe in it.

Just to name a few that used logic for Islamic philosophy or thought goes to al-Farabi, Avicenna, al-Ghazali, Averroes. Not only did they use logic, they developed their own systems of logic as well.
