I am looking for more information to put into my research Paper. I have to first organize every thing into a "T- Chart"

Please note:
*I have searched for the answers and this is my last resort
*Most of the information that I find is not before 1780 when im looking for 1776
*I am comparing two years and cannot find information on either year
* These questions I have come up with to search for the answer to the original question.

What Key events changed the United States in 1776 and 1870?
Information that I have already is:
*Changes in transportation played a big part in the change of the United States
*Change in Industry such as more factories
*Women made progress doing the work of men
*Constructional changes were made

1. What is the number for factories that were in the US during the years 1776 and 1870?
NOTE: that these are two separate years and it is not a time range.

2. What are examples of some changes that were made to the constitution? Also similar to the question What was the Constitution in 1776 and how does it compare to that of 1870?
