If someone just want direct answers they dont want any explanation then what should we do?

no i mean like if u want to help someone and he/she dont want explanation, just want direct answer and u gave them direct answer because they wanted to

well then one should not give them the direct answer in the first place
(do not fall for peer pressure & sob stories)
direct answers are direct answers, and they shall not be given

you can find a better method of getting the asker to at least parts of their question themselves, or tagging someone you know can help if you do not know how to answer the question without giving the direct answer, or providing them with a link to the topic they are struggling on for them to look at.
