pretty much the same thing... just make sure you know you're referring to her... that is third person so simpatico in third person form for her is "simpatica", notice that in spanish it seems to have a female/male variation, (this can also be applied to an object)

so you asnwer will be Elena es "Simpatica"... Elena is a female name so use the female variation ending in "a"
