stan works on assembly line. What effective & appropriate approach would he be wise to use when coping with minor frustration like hang-ups on a conveyer belt or loudmouthed coworker

He could go to a quiet corner of his locker room, sit in the lotus position and meditate until he has calmed down, then he could go back to work. Alternatively he could clip the coworker one up the ear, unless the coworker is bigger than him, then he should just suck it up and go back to work.

I got an E for industrial psychology 101 and I didn't even do it.
