Part A: Why is the histogram for State A different in shape, center, and spread than the histogram for State B?

Part B: In which state did the students spend more average time on outdoor activities? Justify your answer.

Notice that StataA has few outliers on lower end (3)

those outliers make the histogram skew toward left

however State B doesn't seem to have any outliers, so the histogram for this should look more or less uniform
