OpenStudy (lovelyanna):

A botanist working in an agricultural lab accidentally leaves an experimental row of corn without sunlight for two days. She notices that a fungus that had been growing on the corn’s leaves died. She thinks that possibly the lack of sunlight killed the fungus. To test her hypothesis, she grows 10 corn plants with the fungus in the shade and 10 corn plants with the fungus in direct sunlight. After seven days, the fungi on both groups of plants have reproduced. Fill in the experimental diagram.
