Hmm I would say I know it is not saves money for sure. Building stuff to harvest the renewable energy is quite costly. Sometimes it still pollutes to harvest the energy as well, so it can't be D. If I had to pick one i'd say A.

It is Sustainable energy
Often renewable sources are more expensive than traditional sources (like natural gas) because they are not as widely used. However, they do provide sustainable energy that won't run out.
