well i was thinking $$a|2205$$ and $$a=\sqrt{\frac{m}{n}}$$
where m and n are integers 
and n of course does not equal 0

but i'm having a little trouble translating that sentence

and yes sqrt(a)=b where b is an integer only if a is a perfect square
