well i was thinking \[a|2205\] and \[a=\sqrt{\frac{m}{n}}\]
where m and n are integers
and n of course does not equal 0

but i'm having a little trouble translating that sentence

and yes sqrt(a)=b where b is an integer only if a is a perfect square
