Ribbon would be a direct object, while Rosa would be an indirect object because she is the one who is receiving the ribbon. Think of it this way, the indirect object is ALWAYS a person or thing that is receiving something. 

Find the verb in the sentence (GAVE)
Ask "What was given?" (The blue ribbon)
Ask " Who was given the blue ribbon?" (Rosa)
