OK, i really cant take it anymore, the web is ok yet this is happening, when ever I answer a question the top disappear and i cant click it, n the bottom buttons would disappear too if i attach something (the second is solved by pressing the "tab" button, but still :/

It's unfortunate, but the DEV team is working on it. Try using Firefox. Though, this is not recommended, I haven't had the glitch appear yet.
