What can you conclude about yeast’s use of sugars in fermentation when a variety of sugars are available to it? Was there a difference in the gas volume of the fructose solution compared to the fructose + glucose solution? How would you explain this difference?

well probably that the utilisation of sugars for the fermentation processing of yeasts makes it more effective (if that makes any sense)
