An Ideal current source in parallel with a ideal voltage source is just a ideal voltage source
An ideal current source in series with a ideal voltage source is just a ideal current source
Otherwise there respective thevinine resistance must be considered in the arrangement and there may be damage without a series resistance added to voltage source and shunt resistance added to current source.
