4. Using a distribution with a mean of 100 and a standard deviation of 15. A. What is the percentile score of a score of 112? B. What is the percentile score of a score of 82?

OpenStudy (slinley):

idk...lol,, yes i do wait a sec!

OpenStudy (mathmale):

Determine the z-score for a score of 112. Then find the area to the left of this z-score. The area should be a decimal fraction. Multiply it by 100. That will be the percentile score corresponding to a score of 112 when the distribution mean is 100 and std. dev. 15.

OpenStudy (slinley):

nevermind, @mathmale beat me to the answer :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How do I determine the z-score? @mathmale

OpenStudy (slinley):

i know how to .......but you asked mathmale, so nevermind :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@slinley ?

OpenStudy (slinley):

hold on

OpenStudy (slinley):

determine it for a score of 112, then find the area to the left
