TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

If it is translated it means it is moved horizontally or vertically.

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

(-1,3)->(-1+4,3-2) ->(3,1) Then it is reflected across the x-axis. So when it is reflected across the x-axis the y value will become negative. So it will be (3,-1)

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

So your answer would be A.
