Question

Now that the OS site is working well, I still have a problem that only started recently. As I am writing a response, and the response is more than 4 or 5 lines long, the box where the response is written keeps extending downward on my screen to the point that the blue "Post" box goes below the screen and I can't see it anymore and can't click on it. This only started happening maybe a week or so ago when there were many problems with the site, and I thought that when the problems were fixed this would also get fixed, but no such luck. Has anyone had this problem and may have a solution?

yeah. I still have this problem.
If you write a response of more than 5 lines and if the `POST` option disappears ,then my trick is :- I just copy my comments which i have written and then i click the home button and then i will post that response and TRUST ME there is no problem .

but it is temporarily solution . Like this problem happens many times and just apply the trick(mention above) and get your problem be solved.

Or you can click the Tab button. It'll scoot the comment box upwards if it disappears

I remember it used to for me so I just click the Tab button to solve this issue. I think it is fixed for me.. Who knows. You can stop reading here because I bet it goes on and o and on and on. Thanks for all the responses.
Now that I'm online and wanted to try to use the suggestions above, I'm not having the problem any more. The Post box stays in place and all previous answers scroll up and out of the screen on the top side.
