Hi! Okay, so, when writing a number in scientific notation, you want to always place the decimal behind the first number (so that it isn't bigger than one). So, you can rule out options C and D, because the decimal is behind the two, making the number 12. Next, count every number that comes after the decimal. How many numbers are after the decimal? :)
