OpenStudy (anonymous):

The numbers in centimeters would have to be enormous to describe the diameter of a planet. The answer here is kilometers.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

go to math

it helps more

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

It should be Kilometers because the diameters of planets are very large.

OpenStudy (theeric):

Diameter of the Earth is about 12,756km. http://geography.about.com/library/faq/blqzdiameter.htm Looking at those numbers, does it look like the bar for Earth is about 13,000? If so, you're looking at km! If it were meters, that bar for Earth should be at 13,000,000. Decimeters: 130,000,000 Centimeters: 1,300,000,000 Millimeters: 13,000,000

OpenStudy (theeric):

Sorry, Millimeters: 13,000,000,000.
