The person could think that you are majorly pathetic for your reasoning.... If you try to explain that .. you are sorry for not being on time and you have a reputation for not being on time it will look very bad! You should only explain your self if it is something that does not usually occur.

If you were to have a reputation for playing Xbox One but owning both the Xbox One and Xbox 360, And your Girlfriend owned only the Xbox 360. She would think you are pathetic for explaining your self and continuing to play Xbox One after the explanation. If you repeatedly give her an excuse she will become very mad and want to ignore you.

Basically tearing your relationship apart :D hope that helped.. hopefully you understand that.. DON"T TREAT GIRLS LIKE SHIZ!!
