Haha thank you so much! I got (x-4)^2+4 but I'm not so sure that is right...

I dont know what it is yet either, but we can do it together. You will need the formula\[y=a(x-h)^{2}+k\]where h and k are the coordinates of the vertex. You will use the point in the equation to find out what "a" is, or your constant. Do it like this:
