they have 210 and they need at least 400. For every n they sell for 7 they will add to the existing 210. So the inequality will be\[210+7n \ge 400\]
That means that to the 210 they already have, they will add an unknown number of items they sell for $7 apiece. That amount needs to be at least $400.
