the issue being, graphing the line? shading a side? determining of the line is solid or not? im assuming you know something about the graph since this is an inequality and equalities are gone over before these

The line could be dotted, or solid. and it's solid shading.

y > -2x + 9 graph the boundary line for y = -2x + 9 since there is no solid line (an equal part) to the inequality symbol, the boundary line is not solid shade the side of the line that is greater than (above) the boundary line
