Interior Monologue is speaking to oneself. I will explain why all the others are NOT interior Monologue.

Hey, you, George. How does it feel to be going away?   - Not an interior Monologue, they are speaking to someone, it is exterior dialogue. 

Keep your eyes on your money. Be awake. - This is exterior speaking to someone else, exterior dialogue. 

Isn’t that wonderful? You know, Bruce is usually so distant with strangers. - Exterior Dialogue, speaking to someone else. 

Is this really what I’ve become? And yet, no one has said anything to me - Interior Monologue, because it is talking about ones feelings, and it is not spoken allowed directly to someone else.
