I suppose we could, and in the future, yes, but there are different priorities at the moment. We'll make sure to keep the community updated on new titles. Expect to see some new ones soon.

Mods do not make anything. The development team works for OpenStudy and is paid. Mods are volunteers.

The long term goal of the titles is to have them for everything. But that will not be happening anytime soon due to recent Orange War issues.

For 500 medals it can be Einstein
For 3000 medals it can be Secret Club of Physicists
