Question 2 A biologist created the following graph to show the relationship between the temperature of water (x), in degrees Celsius, and the number of insect larvae (y) in the water: What do the x-intercepts of the graph represent? (4 points) There were 20 larvae at 0 degrees Celsius. There were 10 larvae at 0 degrees Celsius. The water has no larvae at -10 degrees Celsius and 20 degrees Celsius. The water has maximum larvae at -10 degrees Celsius and 20 degrees Celsius.

I can answer it IF you include the graph.

Here y is the number of insect larvae and x is the temperature of water. x-intercept is where the graph crosses the x-axis. ON the x-axis, the y value is zero. Here the graph crosses the x-axis at x = -10 and x = -20. Therefore, at x =-10 and x = -20, which are temperatures in degree Celsius, the y value, which is the number of insect larvae, is zero.

The water has no larvae at -10 degrees Celsius and 20 degrees Celsius.
