This one has a problem. You are using both "B" and "b". This is normally bad form. I'll assume you meant the same thing for both. Okay, solving for b requires division by h. Show us what you get. P.S. Why do you keep using "over". Seriously, use the slash. "V over h" is V/h "h over V" is h/V
