Explain?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Which shows the equation y – x = 5 written in slope-intercept form? –x + y = 5 y = x + 5 y – 1 = –(x + 5) y = –5x

OpenStudy (albert0898):

y = mx + b is slope intercept form. y = x + 5 would be the right answer. Do you need me to explain or do you understand?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah, I get it. :) I learned about it in class, but I was just a bit confused. Thanks so much!
