Find the area of one triangle formed by connecting the two vertices of the base to the center. Then multiply that by 7 to get the total area of the heptagon.

Or you could use the area formula for a regular polygon, which is A=1/2ap, where a is the apothem (23 in your case) and p is the perimeter (7 * 22.15). To me that's easier.
