you run 11s at a speed of 1m/s then run for 11s at a speed of 3.2m/s along a straight track what is the average velocity? help please

As mentioned straight track (the word straight track tells us that he covered a displacement) so speed is equal to velocity (actually speed and velocity both are same the only difference is Speed is scalar quantity while velocity is a vector quantity ) solve the equation below and you will get your answer \[\frac{ 1+3.2 }{ 2 }\]
