I am given:
str1="you ought to start with logic"
str2= "ou"

My question is: str1.substr(4,25).find(str2)

substr(4, 25) = the sting starting from position 4 and has 25 characters or to end of string.
so here
from position 4 to end = ought to start with logic
substr(4, 25) = the string from position 4 to end = ought to start with logic

now find("ou") = index of the first "ou" in above string. = 0
so result = 0
