Any ideas on how to memorize lines for a short scene?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Take the lines slow and read them one at a time Another study habit is to change rooms of as to where you are studying For me, I would have to have someone read them to me and say it to my face (I have weird study methods lol)

Practice the lines one by one; start with the first line and "perform it" rather than just say it. Then line 1 + line 2, then 1 2 and 3, etc. The idea is to create a mental chain of events so wherever you are in the scene, you know what's coming next.
