y = mx + b
plug in values for m= (73-k)/9 and (10,73)
-73 = -10k + 9b
if b = 1, k=+6.4
if b = 2, k=5.5
so on
if b = 6, k=1.9
if b = 7, k=1
if b = 8, k=will not be positive

So, b=7, k=1
Not 10
If k = 10, m=7
if m=7,
y = mx + b
73 = 10(10) + b
73-100=b
The y-intercept would be negative

Slope: (73-k)/(10-1)

This is NOT the same as 73 - k / 10 - 1
