The slope of a horizontal line is 1. True False @iGreen

OpenStudy (igreen):

False. Horizontal lines have NO SLOPE, which is a slope of 0.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

k, thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i agree with iGreen. so does any good math program. to find a slope of any other line, find its derivative :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

exactly it is False. i agree with @DUDE..LOOK..ITS..SGTC. It's a zero slope. Slope is usually rise/run. In horizontal line the rise is 0. So....zero slope. Vertical lines have a no slope

OpenStudy (anonymous):

vertical lines have an infinite slope. horizontal lines have no slope

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OPSS SORRY. I MEAN I AGREE WITH @iGreen

OpenStudy (igreen):

xD

OpenStudy (haseeb96):

m=tantheta. The angle of horizontal line is 0 degree so m=tan(0) m=0 So it is false
