Just click tab to make the post button higher or tab enter once you finished typing

In that case if u r hvng problem in hitting post button through mouse then press tab after wring your comment and then hit enter.

Lot of people use Chrome, because most people with Internet Explorer, they will type a comment, click post, and there comment is posted, and also still in the comments box, so they either have to refresh, or go to a another question and come back everytime they want a response

also try restarting your browser and if that doesn't work restart the computer
