I think this one is supporting evidence because it is supporting where he said "Acting and singing not only showed me my true potential, they taught me an essential fact: life is a team effort, and we all have different skills that we use together to make progress."
It can't be conclusion because that is obviously what the entire paragraph is.
It isn't hook because that usually goes at the beginning of an essay and so does a topic sentence.
