I need help Anyone ? Solve the compound inequality 6b < 42 or 4b + 12 > 8

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for the first one you would just divide both sides by 6, giving you: \[b <7\] the second one you need to subtract 12 from both sides giving you: \[4b >-4\] now divide both sides by 4, giving you: \[b >-1\]
