It was a first person point of view. If you were to change the point of view I believe it would make the main character seem depressed, or crazy. Just imagine him telling this story to you and you have to tell someone else. I would say you loon get out of here, you don't know what you speak. How do dead people come back to life? By the way it was a dream!
