Can someone explain this equation to me. This is for GC peaks.
\[R=\frac{0.589...(t'_{r2}-t'_{r1})}{\frac{1}{2}...(w_{2}+w_{1})}\]

i think that number is time of injection so it is time from 0,589 because peak retention time is top and half width of peak is bottom if i remember correctly...
