Climate is the average temperature of an area. So, the climate effects the environment and how we live. If it were cold, you'd have to be adapted to living in the cold, or you wouldn't survive.(Pertains to animals) Also, the ecosystem is adapted to the temperatures.
So, there would be permasoil in the tundra, or cacti in the desert because they can adapt to its dry conditions.

The hotter it is(E.g. global warming) the landforms that surround it, will be effected. Ex: Global warming causes glaciers to melt, and sea levels will rise.
