Geometry / Algebra Graphing

y - 3 = 2.5(x - 2)

How would I graph this? And how would I rewrite this into Slope - Intercept form?

This is how i'd do it so far.
y = 2.5x - 5 - 3
y = 2.5x - 2
Start at 0,-2
And then use the slope to go to the next points? If I'm right, the slope is ...

That means I would go up 2.5 and then to the right on the plane 1.

are you could look at 2.5 as 5/2
go up 5 and right 2
