How would I graph this? And how would I rewrite this into Slope - Intercept form?

y = 2.5x - 5 - 3
y = 2.5x - 2
Start at 0,-2

That means I would go up 2.5 and then to the right on the plane 1.

you could do that 
are you could look at 2.5 as 5/2
go up 5 and right 2
