Calculate the change in beaker mass for each sucrose solution. Subtract the final mass you recorded after 20 min from the initial you recorded at the beginning of the experiment. Be rigorous in noting signs during calculations. Positive values will reflect loss of mass. Negative values will result from a gain of mass. What was the change in mass for the 5% solution (the fourth beaker)? Note that depending on how exact you were there is a range of possible answers. Pick the answer that is closest to yours.
