are you supposed to include the maintenance on the machine and the 30 minutes it takes to get the machine running as part of the time that the machine runs? This is kind of confusing.

If you need to count those as minutes that the machine is running, you have this:
f(t) = 850x + 90. That means that the machine fills 850 bottles in x number of minutes, plus the time it takes to get the machine ready. I converted everything to minutes.
