Fuel cell cars that use hydrogen as fuel have the potential to be quiet, produce low emissions, and require less maintenance than gasoline cars. What negative effect might hydrogen fuel have on the environment?

well i think this is related to the issue of where does hydrogen come from, if you get it with electrolysis you still need electricity which is most comonly produced by burning of fossil fuels, if you get it via steam reforming it still comes from fossil fuels...
