Science. 3 questions. Fan & medal?

OpenStudy (b.r):

18. List and briefly describe Earth's four major spheres. 19. Give two examples of human activities that can affect the Earth system. 20. Describe the difference between renewable resources and nonrenewable resources, and provide examples of each type of resource.

18. List and briefly describe Earth's four major spheres: Thermosphere: The temperature of this layer can rise to 1,500 °C (2,700 °F), though the gas molecules are so far apart that temperature in the usual sense is not well defined. Mesosphere: The mesosphere extends from the stratosphere at about 50 km (31 miles). It is the layer where most meteors burn up upon entering the atmosphere. Stratosphere: The stratosphere extends from the troposphere at about 12 km (7.5 mi; 39,000 ft) to about 51 km (32 mi; 170,000 ft). Temperature increases with height due to increased absorption of ultraviolet radiation by the ozone layer, which restricts turbulence and mixing. Troposphere: The troposphere begins at the surface and extends to between 9 km (30,000 ft) at the poles and 17 km (56,000 ft) at the equator with some variation due to weather.

OpenStudy (anoop27):

Answer 18 is hydrosphere, biosphere, lithosphere, and atmosphere

19. Give two examples of human activities that can affect the Earth system: Releasing lots of harmful gasses like carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide which results in increased global warming. Exploiting natural resources with over limit which result in imbalance of nature. (Examples are mining and deforestation)

OpenStudy (anoop27):

@bnkilinc I think you have mentioned atomsphere's layers

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oops then ignore what I said sorry :/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

20. Describe the difference between renewable resources and nonrenewable resources, and provide examples of each type of resource: this is going to take to long to type sorry I dont think i can write that long just google it and I'm sure you'll be able to find it yourself... Sorry I couldn't be more help but I have I lot of homework to do. Sorry Again.

OpenStudy (b.r):

Thanks you, two!

OpenStudy (anonymous):
