Who are the O.S.S.F? What do they do?

Open Study Special Force, honestly I'm not sure yet about our mission statement, we'll have everything cleared up soon <3
but we are here to stop trolls, spams, and things like that

First, I would think they would need to be a group that follows the rules themselves. Have to live by example.

Second, I think they would need to report every problem they see, so basically exempt from most of the report spamming issue... but we do need to work out a few reasonable limits cause I have seen reports for "Yo!" as spam when a person did it in \(\textbf{different}\) chats, once per chat.

Third, I think they would need to work together. So if one OSSF sees something, they get other OSSF members that are online at that moment to be involved. That will trigger more reports, which will lead to more self-solving problems.

Fourth, I think they can try talking nicely with people about problems. No, "I'm gonna report you!" stuff and fights. Just, "Hey, did you really have to say that? It felt very mean to me and I doubt the other person liked it ether."

But all that is my opinion.

I agree with @e.mccormick but dont forget that we would also need some help from mods because not all of them respond right away and try to solve the issue. also OSSF shouldnt start acting all mighty you know, nothing less its just a website to help others, not some game where they should try to obtain control
